Our Tour Information
Rest assured, our vans will be ready for your arrival 30 minutes before your 2 to 3-hour driving excursion begins. We'll pick you up at the Icy Strait Point Excursion Hub to start the excursion and drop you off at the Icy Strait Point Front Gate when the tour is complete. We ensure comfort and safety during your onshore driving tour with three van options. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us at (907) 612-0938.
While it is highly likely that you will see all of the incredible wildlife Chichagof Island offers, such as eagles, deer, and brown bears, we don't have control over the animals' behavior. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any bear sightings on your excursion.

Directions to Icy Strait Point’s Excursion Hub, where you will be picked up for your excursion:
DOCK-Ocean Landing: Walk straight through the Adventure Center, through Door 2, under the gondola, and down the path following the signs approximately 600 feet.
DOCK-Wilderness Landing: Walk up and take the Green Transporter (gondola) to the other side. Get off and go LEFT down the path, following the signs approximately 600 feet.
You will be dropped off at Icy Strait Point's front gate at the end of your excursion.

Staggered Refund Cancellation made eight days or more before the tour departure will receive a 100% refund. If cancellations are made within three to seven days, a 20% fee will be removed from the refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will have a 50% fee. On the day of the excursion, no refund.
